This holiday home is suitable for 8 people. You have four double bedrooms with air conditioning and three bathrooms. From the beautiful living room you have a view of the Mediterranean Sea.
You park your car safely in the driveway, behind the gate. Then you enter the house on the top floor. Here is the beautiful living room which, thanks to a large glass front, has a direct connection to the terrace and offers optimal views of the sea and the surroundings.
On this floor is not only the living room with dining area, but also the kitchen. The kitchen is of course equipped with all modern conveniences. There is also a toilet on this floor.
One floor below are the bedrooms and bathrooms. To start with, the suite with a double bed and bathroom with a shower. Then two bedrooms, each with two single beds and exit to the terrace and garden. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath. The fourth bedroom is again a suite with a double bed, exit to the terrace and the swimming pool and an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower.
The house also has a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
The spacious private pool is 10 meters long and 4 meters wide. Around the pool is the garden with grass, in several floors. There is also a beautiful Kamado barbecue.
From the living room you can easily walk to the beach of Sa Riera, Platja de Pals, Es Racó and Illa Roja. Here are also several beautiful 'chiringuitos', beach bars, some with sunbeds, good food and delicious cocktails!
By car you can also easily visit the other beautiful beaches in the area, such as Sa Tuna, Aiguablava, Tamariu, Llafranc and Calella de Palafrugell.

Really a beautiful villa, decorated with great taste. In front of the house is the private swimming pool with a large southeast-facing terrace. There is also a covered area where you can enjoy lunch and barbecue in the shade. You have a beautiful view of the valley and the Mediterranean Sea. There are sufficient garden furniture, which are of good quality.The design of the house is very spacious. The living room, with direct access to the terrace, is equipped with a TV and WIFI internet. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, such as a dishwasher, large fridge / freezer, microwave, oven, stove and kettle.
There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor and four on the first floor. The spacious master bedroom on the first floor has its own terrace and balcony with a sea view! The second bedroom on this floor also has a private bathroom. Through a corridor you then walk through to the other two bedrooms, which share a bathroom with shower.
From the various terraces you have a beautiful sea view. The villa is in a quiet location on a sort of peninsula near Begur, the La Borna district.Via a small road you can come to Begur fairly quickly for groceries, nice shops and cozy terraces and restaurants. Sa Tuna beach is around 2 km away and can be easily reached by car.

This apartment on the top floor is suitable for 6 people with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
There are spacious terraces to fully enjoy the great view of the Mediterranean Sea and the pleasant beach of Sa Riera. On the boulevard are several terraces and restaurants to fully enjoy the Mediterranean life. There is also a small supermarket and a bakery in Sa Riera, so you don't need your car for this.
A parking space belongs to the apartment, so that going on the road is also possible without parking problems when you return.
Inside the apartment is a cozy living room with a sitting area and a dining table. From the living room you can walk straight to the large sun terrace, which is well furnished.
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers every opportunity to prepare beautiful meals if you wish.
The house has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two bedrooms have a double bed, the third room has two single beds.
In a few steps you are on the beach and in the morning you can dive into the sea for a nice swim. In Sa Riera you can also rent all kinds of things for the water, such as paddle boards (SUPs).
